Mechanism of action

BPC-157 — Cytoprotective signaling

Pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protein, studied for its potent cytoprotective and angiogenic activity through the VEGFR2, PI3K-Akt-eNOS, and ERK1/2 pathways.

GHK-Cu and TB-500 — Matrix and cytoskeleton

GHK-Cu upregulates extracellular matrix (collagen, elastin) and antioxidant defense genes; TB-500 reorganizes actin and directs cell migration. Together, they cover two pillars of tissue repair.

KPV — Inflammation brake

Tripeptide derived from α-MSH that modulates NF-κB and MAPK pathways, with a marked anti-inflammatory effect at mucosal and systemic levels.

Scientific evidence

BPC-157: numerous animal models describe accelerated healing of tendons, muscles, bones, and intestines.

GHK-Cu and TB-500: GHK-Cu increases collagen synthesis by 70-230% in wound models; Tβ4 has reached clinical trials for wound healing.

KPV: preclinical studies in colitis models show reduced inflammation. Honest note: human data for each component is limited, and there are no controlled studies of the combined formulation.
