Which size to choose
Special painless syringes
The 31G gauge is one of the finest manufactured and the needle is only 6 mm long; that is why they are known as painless: the puncture is barely noticeable. Because the needle is fixed to the barrel, no liquid is retained in the hub, so the measurement shown on the scale is what comes out.
Bacteriostatic water
Laboratory-grade sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth and allows the same vial to be accessed multiple times. It is the standard diluent for reconstituting lyophilized peptides.
