Why they work together

HGH 191AA is preformed growth hormone and acts from day one. CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin work from the other side: they stimulate the pituitary to release the hormone your body produces, in natural pulses and especially during sleep. Between the two, they cover the growth hormone axis day and night. MOTS-c provides the cellular energy to train, and KLOW repairs the tissue that bears the load.

Scientific evidence

HGH 191AA: Recombinant somatropin is one of the best-described proteins in modern pharmacology, in clinical use since the 1980s, and the relationship between exogenous GH and circulating IGF-1 is documented in detail.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin: Studies with the GRF(1-29) fragment document dose-dependent increases in GH and IGF-1 in healthy subjects; Ipamorelin is described as the most selective secretagogue in its family.

MOTS-c: Improvements in insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism have been described, with effects that replicate those of exercise; its translocation from the mitochondria to the nucleus has been documented since 2015 (Lee et al.).

KLOW: In preclinical studies, BPC-157 accelerates healing of tendon, muscle and bone, and GHK-Cu increases collagen synthesis in wound models; human data for each component are limited.
